FROM LEARNING TO CREATING

MERKAY began with a fascination for space — and with the desire to understand it.

My education in architecture and design taught me to look beyond what is immediately visible: to understand proportion, structure, material, light and the relationship between people and the spaces they inhabit.

But graduation was never an ending.

It was the beginning of a continuous process of learning, observing and questioning.

At MERKAY, we believe that design evolves through curiosity. Every project becomes an opportunity to discover something new — a material, a technique, a place, an object, a different way of seeing.

Our approach is shaped not only by what we have learned, but by what we continue to learn.

Because creating spaces is a lifelong education.

Where it started.
And where it continues.
